Bauer Media Outdoor adds Urban Canvas location in Rotterdam

Bauer Media Outdoor is opening a new Urban Canvas location on the Meent in Rotterdam. On a surface of 9 by 4 metres, sprayed murals from brands alternate with works of art. All murals are executed by graffiti artist Roy Valk of Mooiemuur.nl. Applying a mural takes three to five days.

The Meent is a shopping and hospitality street in the centre of Rotterdam. Urban Canvas is part of Create, the creative portfolio of Bauer Media Outdoor, which includes wraps, 2D and 3D elements, lighting effects and augmented reality. Urban Canvas was previously already active in Amsterdam, where brands such as Lidl, Rabobank and ESPN made use of it.

Bauer Media Outdoor has more than 1,000 digital screens and over 20,000 analogue advertising objects in more than 300 municipalities across the Netherlands.
